In his own words, Runo says he processes life through songwriting, often uncovering the meaning of a track only after it's written. "No Good Gone" kicks off the EP with a fiery energy, while tracks like "Paper Love" balance that intensity with softer, more introspective moments.

The title track, "Living and Breathing", captures Runo's passion for emotive songwriting—something he describes as the "oxygen" for his lungs. The evocative nature of this song is easily on full display. "I Am More Than This" brings another layer of reassurance, rounding out the EP with a sense of resolve.
