The British chart-topping rock band's fans shook the internet after the dates for their 2017 Asian tour were announced through aĀ videoĀ posted on the group's official social media pages Tuesday. The video, which features many dreamlike clips from their recent tours, revealed April 4, 2017 asĀ Coldplay's concert date in the Philippines.
It can be recalled that rumors of Coldplay's first-ever Philippine concert surfaced in April this year.
The concert is presented by Globe and brought to fans by MMI Live. It will be held at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds, a venue which some fans have been urging promoters to change to the Philippine Sports Arena Stadium.
It is part of the band's A Head Full of Dreams Tour in support of their 7th studio album.
